ENTRANTS

Entries are now open, and ideally will be received by midnight 17th of July 2024. The final closing date for all entries is midnight 21 st of July 2024, however a late fee of $25.00 applies if submitted after the 17th of July 2024
 

Entries can be made on line by clicking Here and entry forms can be downloaded Here if you wish to submit later by e-mail

If entering online, you will be directed to payment on submission of entry

Entries that are e-mailed to the organisers will be checked and then payment will be requested by return email. Only paid entries will be given entrant numbers

If entering multiple vehicles/bikes, you will be required to submit one entry per vehicle/bike, and pay the respective fee for each

Each entry will require minimum of 4 photos to be submitted for each entry, ideally a angled side shot, engine bay, interior & front of the vehicle/bike

Once entry has been received and all the information has been checked and verified, and entrants will then be notified of their entrant number and given details about when to present to the venue and placement of their vehicle/bike

There will be no reservation of display spots, it is at the discretion of the event organisers

There will be NO Entries on The Day
